李辽宁，男，山东东营人，讲师，硕士研究生导师，会计系副主任。2005年获得西北大学管理学学士学位（会计学专业），2008年获得西北大学管理学硕士学位（会计学专业），2013年获得西北大学管理学博士学位（企业管理专业）。2008-2009年，就职于华为技术有限公司（深圳总部），先后担任财务专员和内控经理，从事财务会计和内部控制工作。2013年7月至今，在4008云顶国际网站会计系从事教学和科研工作。

在国内外期刊发表论文20余篇，主持省部级课题2项，中央高校课题3项，教改课题1项，横向课题6项，参与各级各类课题20余项，参编教材及著作6部，指导学生参加“挑战杯”“互联网+”等创新创业大赛获得省级奖项6项，指导学生参加全国及陕西省财税审计类学科竞赛获得国家级和省级奖项20余项。先后获得云顶国际4008平台优秀本科生班主任、云顶国际4008平台优秀本科毕业设计（论文）指导教师、云顶国际4008平台优秀教师等荣誉称号。

目前主要的研究兴趣在数字化、绿色化变革与企业财务与会计行为产生的相互影响以及国内外会计发展史。欢迎对相关领域感兴趣的会计学学硕、会计（MPAcc）、工商管理（MBA）等专业的同学报考本人研究生。

Dr. Li obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management (Accounting) from Northwest University (China) in 2005, a Master's degree in Management (Accounting) from Northwest University (China) in 2008, and a PhD in Management (Enterprise Management) from Northwest University (China) in 2013. From 2008 to 2009, he worked at Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen headquarters), successively engaged in financial accounting and internal control. Since July 2013, he has engaged in teaching and research in the Department of Financial Accounting at the School of Economics and Management of Chang'an University. Currently, he is a lecturer, the Deputy Director of the Department of Financial Accounting and an International Master's Supervisor. He has published more than 20 papers in domestic and foreign journals, hosted and participated in over 30 projects of various levels and types, participated in the compilation of 6 textbooks and works, instructed students to participate in the "Challenge Cup" "Internet plus" and other innovation and entrepreneurship contests and won 6 provincial awards, guided students to participate in national and Shaanxi provincial financial, tax and audit discipline competitions and won over 20 national and provincial awards. He has been awarded honorary titles such as Outstanding Undergraduate Class Teacher of Chang'an University, Outstanding Undergraduate Graduation Design (Thesis) Guidance Teacher of Chang'an University, and Outstanding Teacher of Chang'an University.
